About Abundance Kick-Off Coaching

What will we be covering in this class?

Everything you need to start and grow your real estate business.

Inside this program, we cover the core skills and systems that every successful agent needs, including:

  • Objection handling and client conversations
  • How to confidently talk with buyers and sellers
  • Contract drafting and understanding real estate documents
  • How to run a successful Listing Appointment
  • How to conduct an effective Buyer Consultation
  • Business planning and goal setting
  • Understanding taxes and financial organization as an agent
  • And much more practical training designed for real-world success

Class Schedule

Kick-Off Coaching takes place every Tuesday at 10 AM, with sessions alternating between in-person and virtual classes so you can stay connected and supported.

Coaching Support When You Need It

As a new agent, questions will come up — and we want to make sure you always have support when you need it.

Agents can use a 411/911 system for support:

  • 411 – Non-Urgent Question
    Send a text or call when you need guidance. Your coach will respond within 4 hours.

  •  911 – Urgent Situation
    If a client is waiting and you need immediate help, your coach will respond within 30 minutes so you can move forward with confidence.

Contract Review & Real-World Learning

One of the most valuable parts of Kick-Off Coaching is the hands-on contract guidance.

Your coach will review every contract line-by-line before it is sent to your clients.

Why does this matter?

Because understanding contracts is one of the most important skills a real estate agent can develop. Your coach will walk you through each section so you learn why changes are made, what each line means, and how to draft contracts correctly with confidence.
